The Company was established in 1983 by the current Principal, Mr. Dick West, who had a previous career in finance and industrial management, from running and developing manufacturing Companies to Venture Capital investment in the City of London. Mr. West now divides his time between direct management involvement with businesses, and support for technology management projects in the UK and overseas.
